Subscriptions
ShutterLine Cloud is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial-month refunds for cancellation.
If you experience a service outage lasting more than 72 continuous hours, email [email protected] and we will credit the affected period.
Hardware
If you purchased hardware directly from ShutterLine: unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective.
Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion within 90 days of delivery.
