1. What we collect
Account data: email address, salted password hash, subscription
status.
Device metadata: device IDs, claim codes, sharing
relationships.
Usage data: connection timestamps, IP addresses
(for abuse prevention), error logs.
2. What we do NOT collect
Video or audio from your cameras. Streams pass through our relay transiently and encrypted — we cannot decrypt or store them. We do not collect biometric data, location data, or browsing history.
3. How we use your data
To authenticate you, route streams to your devices, process billing, and send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Third parties
Payment processor: Frame Payments receives your card details directly on their hosted page. Email: transactional emails are sent via a third-party provider. We do not share your data with anyone else.
5. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. After deletion, we purge your data within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
6. Your rights
You may request export or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions use rotating tokens. All traffic is encrypted in transit. We follow industry-standard practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.
